hi im new to the site so apologise if this question has been rinsed but i cant find an answer.ok...
i was on esa and i failed an assessment so was put onto jobseekers allowance.i appealed and was put onto jobseekers allowance with severe disability awards.due to my disability i moved area and was then put onto university credit when my money went down almost £100 a week.this was around last may 17.its now early February 18.all this time i have only been receiving £77 a week.i have just passed an assessment entiteling me esa again.so basically my question is should my universal credit be back dated to the date i moved and was put onto universal credit in the 1st place? as thats the time i was receiving £100 less than i was before.
thanks for any help
