Phantom limb pain

I was in a motorcycle accident which has left me with a paralysed right arm and lung I’m suffering with the most horrendous phantom limb pain which no drugs seem to help I’ve tried accupuncture hipnoses tapping any suggestions welcome

Hello Neevellongbottim I dont think Ive messaged you before- in my working days I did a bit of fund raising for Hedley Court where our injured soldiers are cared for- many are limb amputees,, I watched a physcologist with a soldier who was having horrendous phantom pain, he encouraged the guy to use a mirror between his legs and move the leg side to centre of the bed, it was amazing how it looked as though he was doing this as though both legs were moving- it wont do any harm to try this and I DO hope it gives you some relief.
