I have fibromyalgia and have had it for about two years. Yesterday I went on the endocrinologist who said that now I have extremely high blood pressure, possibly i’m Hyperglycaemic, definitely premenopausal and oh yes gastric reflux.
Needless to say I am so down. Spent last night crying myself to sleep.
Any advice?

Aww I am so sorry your feeling at a low ebb ((hugs)) I am sure we all understand and it is very normal to feel like that. But please if the crying continues for too long maybe you need to talk with your doctor. I do hope happier days are just around the corner for you xx
Thanks. I’m not normally prone to crying, I’m a get on and deal with it person, but I swear that this time after yet another visit with the doc that went badly I just want to scream.
