Hi everyone I'm after advice I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibro on a lot of meds but I noticed recently if I stand for more than 10 minutes this happens and ideas what I can do other than getting back in my chair and I want to avoid that if I can.

Oh my those look like very very painful feet to say the least. I really think you should get in touch with a GP asap No ones feet should bleed like that after standing on them for a few minutes. I think it really needs to be seen by a professional. You could try calling the out of hours emergency number 111 and ask for some advice. I do hope you get help with them soon. xx

Thank you yes they are bleeding the skin just splits I've got an appointment Monday morning so hopefully get it sorted then

Oh my goodness, are they actually bleeding?? Just from standing?? I echo Dizzy, you should speak to a doctor about that - surely not normal.

Yes bleeding the skin is so thin it just splits when any weight goes on them I have an appointment on Monday with the GP hopefully he will be able to give me something then thank you x

That looks extremely painful? If your rheumatology department has patient helpline I would leave an urgent message for them to contact you? You should get some advice about this as soon as you can? They are the experts in Ra?

Yes both barefoot or socks and shoes
