Hi hun- I.m sure many of us have gone thru this-do you know what set it off? Are you depressed or very down? Do you work? MAYBE go outdooors get away from the house for a few hours, the cinema, a coffee lounge, play some music (nothing sad) do some online shopping or browsing, anything to distract you from your current state..
