Saw the assessment lady very nice was in there for about an hour she said it is not worth doing any pressure exercise I can see you are in a lot of pain she said what was I awarded I said high rate of dla and middle rate of care and she said to me you should be OK she said I will do my personal recommendation but it will be up to dwp and she said to me all the very best now I have to wait up to 8 weeks

At least that bit's over and it sounds like she was able to assess you accurately. Hopefully if her report leaves no doubt about your condition then it won't take as long as 8 weeks to get a positive decision. Take care hun. xxx

Good luck with it hope the DWP follow her recommendations. Sometimes you hear in less than 6 weeks so fingers crossed.x

I know I sometimes bang on about Hydrotherapy- have you tried it hun? Excrcise in the warm pool is far better than on dry land.There are people there to help with evrything, and you can ask gp for ambulance transport to/from
