Hi spider555 I hope the patch is helping in some way. Is the few hours sleep more or less than usual? Sorry to ask, I only joined this week and I'm not up to scratch.

Mother nature is now smiling here. goes between sun and rain. She must think it's April!

Hi I think for me it's when I can get unbroken sleep. Instead of waking up with burning, needle pain.
