Hi jilltom, welcome to the site, you have definitely come to the right site everone is very friendly and supportive,
I found it a god send for myself; i have had fibro for about 16 years but just went through it on my own but I do have a good gp,
How long since you were diagnosed if you dont mind me asking;
You will find a lot of useful information about fibro for fellow suffers , although we are all different and on different medication we do understand how you are feeling it learning new was off coping with things although somethings work for other may not work for you it a case of trial and error, I hope you have a good gp as that really helps.
Wish you all the best and a pain free day as possible

Hello and welcome to our lovely forum. I am sure you will make lots of friends and get some brilliant support.
The Author has sent some very useful information and a great link.
Good luck on your journey my friend.

Hi and welcome to the club nobody really wants to be in! We are generally a happy jolly bunch. Feel free to ask any question at all - nothing is too trivial, silly, or akward - remember most of us have probably thought it before, had the same problems or know of someone who has. We are here to support each other during the good times and the not so good times. Humour is also part of what goes on here.

Good morning and welcome x
hi welcome to a great site - I find this site very comforting when I have a question or dilemma about fibromyalgia or just feel alone with this awful condition - it helps a great deal - Neese x
Welcome to our fibro family! Fibromyalgia is such a weird condition and it's great to know that there are others on this site experiencing the same(unfortunately) that can listen help and give advice. Nice to meet you all the very best!
Hi Jilltom welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.
It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we all are, so you have definitely come to the right place my friend. How long have you had it ?
I see our lovely TheAuthor has given you a link to the Mother Site, so just wanted to say hi & look forward to chatting with you on the forum.
Peace, luv n light

Everyone one here will understand you and help if possible. Nice to 'meet you
Hi Jilltom and a thousand welcomes! There I have covered the next 988 posts!
Yes I agree with all the administrators have posted back to you . They are very knowledgable and others who have been members of forum for years(we wish we did not need it)
Just to add something slightly different. When you look at our mother site fma.org.uk you can find there are meetings of support groups all around UK.
If you feel that is for you follow it up. Personally I do forum and group meetings and get the best of both worlds!
Wow what a great welcome I have had this around five years now and just so glad I found this site and such a lot of lovely people thanks for the welcome
Hello and welcome.
