hi, i'm writing for the first time. Great picture of the polar cub, made me smile. I am one of those patients who is in limbo land between severe artritis and fibromyalgia. I'm in constant pain every day but my doctor will not commit to saying its fibromyalgia.I've read other peoples symptons on the site and they are talking about me.
Anyway thanks for the photo and have a pain free day everyone, fingers crossed, (if only!!) bye

Welcome! You've come to great place to have fibromyalgia and talk to other people about it. Thank you for the pain free wishes and I hope you are having a very good day yourself!
Hi joeshe welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.
It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we all are.
I'm sorry your in so much pain, has your gp refered you to Rhuematologist ?. I also have arthritis & like you, always have pain, so i feel you. What medication are you on, there is other medications that would help if you do also have fibromyalgia, so i would try & get a referal if you can.
Please do go look at the mother site where you will find all the information you need and lots of useful links on Fibro and I look forward to chatting to you on the forum.
PS. I advise you to lock your post to keep info safe from internet. Pls. follow this link to simple instructions .You will get more replies on a locked post too.
