I know what you mean Em08 . 2 oclock for me 😠😠. 4 yesterday 5 the day before. If this carries on I'l be getting up before I go to bed ha. Hope your day is gentle xx

Hiya. It's so frustrating isn't it. I take melotonine to try and help but still wake up. Thinking of contacting my consultant later to see if I can take more than 2 tablets now. I've got a ok day ahead thanks got review with my support and social worker team. How about you? Xx

I take Amitriptyline and I normally sleep pretty good so it's just a fibro blip I hope....yeah quiet day. Little Rainbows children coming to sing carols tonight so looking forward to that. 😀😀. Yes maybe a good idea to phone your Consultant to up your meds. Good luck xx
