Hi Mrsb07

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are in so much pain, and the only thing I could recommend is to pace yourself whilst packing. Take regular breaks in between. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and say that Lincolnshire is a very beautiful place to live.

All my hopes and dreams for you

I think you need to rally in friends and neighbours and relatives to give you a hand.

Go and try and relax and think of nice things or watch TV for a while. If you have any ibroprofen gel rub that in your joints.

We will be almost neighbours as I live close by to Barton so wish you well on your new adventure.

Yes we moved last November. His and was at his brothers bedside as he was in critical care and suddenly we had to move within a week or possibly lose the sale. All the people who had intimated they might help were muster unavailable the day or too ill. I honestly wish now I had paid alot extra and had the firm pack for me.

Don't try to do whatI did and think to myself I will just do half an hour more just pace as you would normally do. As others have said a good soak can work wonders as it really relaxes the tense muscles.

Good luck with everything and I hope your move is successful and you love your new place.🏡🏡🏡
