Hi everyone, I'm new on this site and think it is very interesting and pleased to join you all. Can anyone advise me on how to lower my cholesterol with out πŸ’Š

There are many advice links on the internet which recommend changing your diet - no fried foods, no fizzy drinks, etc. Hope you find the information you need xx

You can try flora pro active drinks /milk/marg make sure these say flora proactive that's what I have it works

Hi our friend..I had to get mine down from 7.4 (disgustng) its now 5 after 2 years.diet controlled..find foods you like with very low fat and salt content,I reverted to skimmed milk, bottled water, layed off starches,lots jacket spuds with sugar free low salt beans, shredded wheat,porches egg,green veg, chicken only roasted no basting,no red meat, lots of fish strained, beanSprouts...SMALL PORTIONS...good luck. Bye the way my g.p prescribed Orlistat to help and the manic contacted me with lots of help

HI Dccparry , I would like to say Welcome to the forum. It's a great place to get info, a laugh or to vent if that's what you need to do.Im not familiar with problems of cholesterol as I don't suffer from them.If it were me I would ask my GP. Good luck. Peck 🐀
