Oxygen therapy x2 today

Hi everyone had my first hyperbaric oxygen yesterday it's my second today still feel awful and exhausted today but must admit yesterday I stayed awake all day something I've not done in over 2yr will post again tomorrow and throughout my 15 intense courses 😊

Thanks I don't know how to do that ? And carn't cope with too many reply so at the moment. Having a really bad day today feeling like crying and very irritable just very very depressed sorry for the moan 😣

Do NFS as though yesterday was a bit of a first so hopefully these small steps will gradually get bigger, fingers crossed it will work for you.x

Thanks rosewater I'm so not myself today but will post everyday about my hyperbaric oxygen therapy it's a big challenge for me but I'm not giving in 😊

It could be like my Hydrotherapy after the first two sessions I could have lay down and died I hurt so much and felt exhausted but suddenly after the third I started to see some improvement. Strange as it seems it could be because your body is just not used to all the Oxygen. Good luck hope tomorrow will be better.x
