Hi Lizabeth1368

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information: fmauk.org/

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you also have Fibro, and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

On your look around the site do have a look at the regulations that makes us sound hard we are not but like all good things there have to ya and neighs!

Hello there

Welcome to our wonderful forum :)

I can see that my colleagues have given you lots of information already, so I just wanted to inform you about the importance of locking your posts.

Unlocked posts are open to absolutely anyone who signs onto the Internet to read, whereas with locked posts only the first hundred characters are visible.

If you look to the right of your screen you will see some blue 'Pinned' posts. My post on how to lock your posts gives (hopefully!) clear instructions on how to lock new and already uploaded posts. Here is the link:

healthunlocked.com/fibromya...

If you need any help at all on how to navigate your way around the forum, please don't hesitate to give me a shout and I will be happy to help.

I look forward to seeing you around the forum.

Wishing you less pain and more peace

Lu xx
