Humm well I is up to go pee and down cause it hurts to walk then I toss and turn then up to go pee then down cause I get dizzy then hot then cold then hot and up to go pee then down because I need sleep then toss and turn then up to get the grandkids somethings for breakfast then down cause I am just plain wore out!!!!
I have actually altered my fluid intake at the back end of the day to try and limit trips to toilet. I have an amazingigly big bladder but that getting up to go in the earl note around dawn is a real struggle.
I feel that I'm as if I've spent the night in the games and also at the dance, dancing the hokey pokey, my legs are in and out of the bed all night duvet up and down no wonder I exhausted in the morning I've been in the games and Dance hall all night, best is he's x
If that was the case I don't think I need to exercise anymore ever!!!
Looks like Poppy won this round, that me too, and some how I manage to kick Hubby out of Bed, so I am not popular in the morning, I can nudge him for snoring, but he can't nudge me in case he hurts me. Lol
