Breathless : Hi everyone, I have been... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Breathless
Have a look at the answers to BonneG's post 2 days back SHell as she had a big response. It seems as though alot of people on the forum have the same or similar problems it is very frightening vas you can feel as though you are drowning.
I know I often get very breathless especially if I am having a flare or try to rush too much especially if I am over tired. Wonder whether you have been under any extra stress lately?
Do hope you get an answer to what is causing it.x
I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I have asthma and COPD and I have all kinds of breathing issues and it can be quite alarming. I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Thank u Ken, I am scared it's a horrible feeling but hopefully, when I see my GP again on the 30th I should knew better what's going on many thanks for your reply xo
