Had my first session today starting to ache already very tired it was quite relaxing just hope it helps x

Sounds lovely. I hope it makes you feel better. I don't know what I'd do without my jacuzzi, even though I only use it once a week or so.

Had a course of 6 and wish it could have carried on for ever as just at the end I felt I was starting to make real progress. It wasa marvellous physio who knew his stuff tailored the exercises to each individuals capacity and the other people in the group were fantastic. What made me angry was that he said that for half the week the hydro pool wasn't even used which was a pity as he was more than willing to do extra sessions. Each week it got easier and I felt less tired I so hope that it works for you.x

Lucky Seren to get offered hydro for fibro!

Our local hospital has this rule if it don't cure you you can't have it!

My GP is frustrated on this point as with water at 35C and above muscles do relax..I am very fortunate that my hubby bought a portable hot tub Pain is not the only issue with my Fibro .Being like the tin man from Wizard of Oz is the concern.
