For the first time in a long time I gotten a good night sleep. Since I was really hurting in my shoulder blade. I know why it hurts because it is out of wake.

Have you tried taking Nytol? I only sleep for about 2 hours and then I'm wide awake again just like it's time to get up.

For example I went to sleep about 11:30pm last night and woke up at 1:56am. This goes on all night, every night. It's exhausting.

I take Nytol every so often and they do help. I know research has shown that some cancers and tumours have been found in people using sleeping tablets and over the counter remedies which is why I don't take it all the time.

Maybe worth a try?

Hi Linda I have held this thinking for a long time. On the very very rare occasion that I get a straight 5 hours I have found that I feel worse. I still advocate that if it became a regular thing that this would change. Sleep helps to heal the body and that is what is not helping us. Good luck x
