First appointment with mental health doctor on Tuesday,waited 2yrs for this wish me well or her ha,ha, got to laugh or cry xxxx

Hope it goes well for you. After a year when i was referred im still waiting for therapy to start.

Hi. Trekster22, they wanted me to do group therapy I said no, I'm not sitting with a group of people and discussing what I've gone through in my life,I feel I'm being judged anyway,xxxx

Have you explained to them why group therapy would be difficult for you? As im autistic they wont expect me to go to group therapy.

Yeh told them trekster22 they no the reasons so I'm now seeing another doctor,may be they can wave a magic wand,xxxxxx

That's what they gave me group therapy its not as bad as I thought. Nobody judges because they try to put you with people that have been though simaler to you.

I can only do one to one with most things in my life it's complicated so hopefully this doctor can help before I loose the plot totally xxxxx

I had to wait 18 months. I think its really bad when you feel depressed. I do hope it all goes well for you take care xx

Thanks cleaner, i only wish that these doctors have been through our illness to really no how we feel,everything they learn is from a book,you take care too xxx

Yes iv had my assessment they told my 6 mouth to wait to see some one so 9 months later my OT got in toch with them the phoned me back and sed they had forgot about me nice to know so then had to Waite anther one in 3 mouth time so phone back in 4 week so I did do he told me looking at September now I sed your having a laugh he sed phone back in 3 weeks may have something for you and he sed no we never forget about people I sed that's wot they told me so who do you believe then x good luck
