Q: what have we got to do?

Last month I developed -acute tonsillitis, laryngitis and an upper respiratory tract infection ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!!!

Any way after throwing up blood and pus I ended up in an ambulance and in hospital (yeh gee thanks 111). I went back to work on the last day of a very bad March when all said and done.

So today I find out I am to be disciplined for not sending in doc's correspondence IF THE GP WON'T GIVE ME ANYTHING WHAT HAVE WE GOT TO DO? CURL UP AND DIE?? Sorry very angry.

Sometimes I wish I could just curl up and float away. I suffer from FMS, CFS, FMD, FD, polymyalgia, polyarthralgia, need a new left knee, right hip on its way out, right ankle Achilles Tendonitis, Arthritis in most joints upper and lower body neck and spine, hemiplegic migraines and chronic endometriosis. So to become ill as I was... well enough said!

So I guess roll on the 17.04.15 stress on top of stress on top of stress. Flare ups here I come!!!

Did you have discharge notes from Hospital? Make sure you are represented at any disciplinary hearing, you are entitled to have someone with you. Best Wishes. Lou x

Yes I have every bit of paper, I also went to GP for a Patient Summary Quick Glance, which is an in depth account of the last three appointments with GP. I sent everything into my employers and yet still they are going through with a disciplinary.

I believe you can have a union rep with you even if you are not a member, you need someone with you. Not entirely sure how much of your medical history you should divulge to an employer do get help. I'm sure someone here knows an awful lot more than I do this often crops up. x
