Hi Pat, I have not known you or your husband, but -- wow. :(

I am sorry for your recent loss of your beloved husband. Such a huge loss.

Yes, such an event would most likely cause a very severe flare. :(

Please be ultra kind and patient with yourself during this time.

Please do let us know how you are doing, as we want to support you.

I wish you peace and healing.

I was only wondering how things were with you recently.

I cannot imagine your grief I am so sorry. Just throwing this your way.

If it touches a chord throw it heavenward towards Graham.

God bless.

Deep peace of the running wave to you.

Deep peace of the flowing air to you.

Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.

Deep peace of the shining stars to you.

Deep peace of the infinite peace to you.

X

Hi

I don't know you but just want to offer my condolences and say I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my dad this way, and although I can't say I know how you feel losing your husband I know how devastating a stroke is. I'm truly sorry for your loss x

I feel for you, I lost my husband nearly 8 years ago so I understand. Take it easy on yourself, let yourself be supported by friends and family and don't be afraid to ask for help. Keep posting x
