This as been the first christmas iv known what is wrong with me....and the worst. It seemed to come to a head last night I was tired and in so much pain I actualy took myself to bed at 7.30. This morning best sleep iv had in ages pain bearable, so I Can start 2015 on a positive note. Hope everyone else can.....xx

Happy New Year to you too. Sorry to hear of your pain & well done for recognising it and taking the necessary action. Your 2015 has started well - if all a of us can take a leaf out of your book - but I know circumstances don't always allow this - we'll all be doing what we should be doing to help ourselves. Thanks

I was also in bed at 7. 30. Woke up at 11.45 and back in bed by 12 15.

I feel better this morning but would still be in bed if not for RSL
