now that I won my appeal do I wait for dwp to write to me or should I inform them? previously id sent in a change of circumstance form as after 1 year in wrag I would have been moved over to income based esa.?

Firstly wonderful news that you have won your appeal. When my husband won his appeal he was told by the tribunal judge that they would inform the DWP of their judgement. He then received a letter confirming this and also back payment of what was owed. If I was you knowing how inadequate the system is I would be proactive if they didn;t say that and ring the DWP up in a few days to make sure that they have had a notification.x
Congratulations and well done! As rosewine says they should do this really, but I never leave anything to chance! I'd get in there ..... Good luck!
