Thank you so much Ken, I caned myself yesterday getting ready for a friend who is coming today so having had a nice chat with Paul, suddenly *ping* and back came the migraine, nowhere near as bad as Monday evening and I think I managed to curtail it by whacking in the meds, hence why I posted before midnight as I needed to get my head down to rest.

Anyway, enough of me, how are you doing, I really, really hope not too badly ?

So I'm sending you really positive, soothing and healing vibes for both you and your wife

Hi Foggy

I am so sorry to read that your migraines are still playing up, as I know how horrid they can be! I hope that you feel better soon.

I am somewhat fed up with the hospital, as I have now been diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I have been given Alendronic Acid 70mg weekly and Accrette D3 tablets twice daily. I have to go and see them again tomorrow to check how I am getting on with the medications.
