Did you never have an Ice-cream at Redcar? They do a special which is lemon sorbet and Mr soft twirled and lovely creamy yumminess

and you you can still get a flake too if you want LOL

I drove buses in Redcar but can't remember that. There's one in Lymington that does my real favourite: clotted cream and chocolate mmm

Awwwwwww thank you Foggy!! I've only just tuned in and seen this, how very lovely of you all. I'm a right croaky mess, very frog-like but much better than I was thank you. I have found milk chocolate very soothing as it melts down my scratchy throat, I have eaten loads to speed up my recovery, I'm quite sure the doctor would approve xxxx

hi shiny1 the chocolates a good idea but i am sure lots of icecream will soothes your throat more my favourite is rum & raisan.

Welcome indeed. I think you're fitting in perfectly well without prompting. I think the rule on this site is pretty well the nuttier the better. I won't give the lecture about serotonin and endorphins and oxytocin just yet . . . . Oh, there's some clever folk too.
