Of course, you should be exempted if you're disabled but as we know this isn't the case. However I've just come across this interesting blog which states that the DWP allow people to have a utility room, study or play room!

Hi Kirby
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Thank you so much for this, it is very interesting! You really come up with some fantastic posts and useful information, thank you again.
Did you see the five court cases a few weeks ago whereby they lost their case for extra bedroom space for their medical and sleeping equipment? I must admit that I felt sick watching the news, it was akin to not living in a civilised society anymore?
Maybe these same people can retry under a utility guise to store medical / disability equipment?
Take care

Many thanks Ken.
Yes, I see so much on the news, it is all very depressing, and I so agree with you about the way our society is going.
I see useful blogs and interesting articles that come through Facebook and I try and share if I remember which isn't always the case with my foggy brain, haha.
Hope you're having a good day

Hello Kirby,
Thank You for your post, sharing the helpful information. So many disabled people being forced to move due to Bedroom Tax.
The stress for vulnerable people trying to pack, find another house and leaving a home they don't want to is just immense, all due to Bedroom Tax!
Politics is a no go area here but I think I can safely mention I wish there was a 'none of the above' box to tick!
