Happy New Year to all! I'm new to this!when I get tired I seem to get nausea/ am sick, does this happen to others? Any advice?

Hi Yes we are susceptible either when tired or just exhausted and excited about something. Strangely peppermint helps little, pepper mint tea or sweets.#

Yes,I not only feel sick but my whole body goes like jelly.It doesn't matter where I am I have to lie down.I also take deep breaths

Wow, that was quick! Thank you for taking the time, I can cope with the pain but love my food, and hate being sick and as there is no rhyme nor reason to why I'm sick I am starting to get a bit paranoid, I always seem to have a hot flush just beforehand......will give the peppermint tea a go and my favourite chocolate is mint so that's lucky!

Yes oh yes! I have a drug called metrocloperamide which actually stops you from being sick. It doesn't always work but it good for most of the time. I hope that you find the answers you are looking for and good luck for the future.

Hi Warny1 yes I do get this in fact the past year it has been very severe and I now have anti nausea tablets to put under my tongue I have had a hard time finding anyone else that this happens to.I spent the whole of summer with my new best friend an old washing up bowl.Mine is triggered by lack of sleep and I mean 2 or3 nights at a time.If you are actually being sick then you should speak to your doctor.Hugs Butterfly54

Thanks butterfly54, I am only sick some-times, other time just feel like I will be! Interesting what you say about the tiredness/lack of sleep, I'm my own worst enemy sometimes as still go hill walking and have a busy job even though I'm exhausted by the end of it and it can knock me out for days, and that's usually when I'm sick, but as being outside and work are good for the head and soul I want to keep doing them! Just got to find the right balance I suppose....take care. Warny1
