Hi zeb,Iam really aching a lot today,tired and got bad headache as I've been overdoing things now that I've felt better.Had a busy week and was out shopping all day with my youngest son and done loads of walking.I feel so much more positive now which has helped me so much,but I think I will have to be careful that I don't wear myself out too much.Flare seems to be dying down a lot,think it's the split up with my boyfriend that's eased the pressure and symptoms.Sorry I haven't been around much,how have you been?xxx

Glad you feel so much better and much more positive but you're right to be careful and not overdo it It must have been fantastic to go out with your son too, I'm smiling for you
Maybe you'd like some giggling fluffies for the pettiing zoo they're ready for retirement I've also been thinking about when we should have part two of the Virtual London Trip 
I'll need to let Emma know won't I so she can spread the virtual word What day would be best for you? I cannot do Monday or Wednesday this week. I'll check when Dee's free too

I've just had a look and I've got a lot of appointments and stuff on next week as well so the only days that I can do are Wednesday and Thursday up to 2pm.Sorry to hear that you are not any better yet.I would love the giggling fluffies,they will fit in really well with all the other assorted fluffies I have.They have all been busy preparing for their fluffie Xmas spectacular show that is taking place nearer Xmas,and all in aid of protecting the world from the evil cats Talking of evil cats,are they still around?

Hi haribo, good to hear that you are feeling a bit better, and I had been hoping very much that once the situation with your ex-boyfriend was sorted out, that you would begin to improve, and I think that may be what your flare was the result of !
