Hi zeb,got quite a bit of pain as usual.I didn't realise it was today the spa.Iam not going to be around to join in till later on today,iam a bit disappointed now but iam sure you will all save me a spot.Ive got docs appointment this morning and then going to buy a mattress for my sons bed and maybe going out for something to eat with boyfriend.So will really need that massage when I get back!How are you? X

I'm having a few hand-eye co-ordination issues but have telephone consult with my lovely doc tomorrow its making typing frustrating its like I'm dyslexic
