Thanks Zeb, I'm doing ok, was in a terrible flare for the past few weeks but hopefully seem to be through the worst of it now.

Have been on most days reading posts and keeping up but not posting much as I was having terrible headaches.

Sorry to hear that but glad you're getting better

I'm pretty much house bound at the minute but don't mind too much as I'm away next weekend for 10days so I'm trying to rest and conserve energy for that.

Not coping with temperature changes too well either but I just keep myself distracted.
