Hi crissy,aww lucky you,just enjoy your last bit of time there and try not to think of anything negative.So good to hear that yourain has improved.Now that the summer has ended I too am feeling the effects of the colder weather so I know what you mean x

I spent six weeks in Spain in the summer and even though it was not cold when I came back to the UK, I still felt the effects of bad quality air and food.

Wish I could get out there for the winter. Almeria has the warmest and driest winters which is what we need as fibromites. Anyone coming???
