Hi Summer,

If you hear any good tips, let us all know - we're a chronically tired bunch of us here! Seriously, pacing yourself is about all you can do - and if that afternoon nap is helpful, go ahead and take it! :)

Hello everyone. And thank you for all your replies, I am sure I will be made very welcome on here. It will be so nice to have 'somewhere to go'... I am in so much pain at the moment & so tired but unable to sleep.... Hope to see you all around...

Hi Welshkitten and Summer32, I joined this site about a month ago I think as it was recommendedby a friend. It is useful to be able to chat to people who understand. Friends and family are great with me but you can't really understand until you've had it, can you?Summer, I rest every afternoon. I have to. Sometimes I sleep but mostly I just lie down or have a bath. It's essential if I'm going to be with my kid s after school and make dinner. I don't feel guilty and my family knows the routine now.
