Need help on ivf treatment appeal :-(

Hi, I've had one ivf treatment funded by Nhs. I live in harrow and harrow only pervides one funded treatment.

Does anyone know how I can appeal for another Nhs funded treatment.

Because its to expensive and I carny afford it.

And I think the hospital Made the mistakes.

Can anyone please help me :-)

You can appeal and say that the PCT isn't following NICE Guidance, but the bottom line is that they don't have to follow NICE but can set their own local priorities. There are some template letters on the I N UK website under the Funding for Fertility section which you can use and personalise. However If you feel that the PCT as negligent in some way that might be a better way to appeal if you feel you have a case for suggesting they made mistakes

Thank you ill have a look at the website and see if i could get ny help.

I was referred to Guys and at Thomas hospital.

I wasn't setisfied with one thing that when my embryo was transferred they told me to get up straight away where as my friend got her ivf done from Hammersmith hospital and after her transfer they told her not to get up for 25 minutes.

Has anyone else had this experience.
