This is my first blog post so I just wanted to introduce myself. I am 28 years old and have PCOS. After trying to conceive for over a year, I was very fortunate to get pregnant naturally with a beautiful baby girl but sadly she was stillborn due to a placental abruption. I have been trying again for over two years now. I've got my hopes up with every new treatment that i've tried, i.e. Clomid, injections, ovarian drilling, more Clomid, but unfortunately none of these have worked. I'm now waiting to start IVF and am really hoping that this will work. I have my moments of despair but I always think that it's best to let yourself get your hopes up as this brings some relief and I don't think you can really protect yourself from disappointment anyway.
