I want to ask anyone is here with high amh and going through ivf . I'm afraid my merefroit injection is 112 is that OK for me .

Thanks Diane. Do you have patients of ohss ?can you give me example of related mine amh and antral follicles and she got successfully pregnancy ?What is worst indication and how to handle this ?

I’ve had OHSS. It’s extremely painful.. worse than when I had my abdominal surgery. You’ll likely have to do a freeze all cycle as your progesterone will be sky high with all those follicles. It’s also quite dangerous for you and the embryo to do a transfer if you have signs of OHSS.

As Diane said you need to drink extra water and start adding more protein into your diet xx

yes plenty of people with high amh and PCOS do ivf - this is why your meriofert dose is low. Mine was 39.5 and I just managed a fresh transfer with 19 eggs collected. I had 36 follicles responding, not all your follicles will be mature enough for collection.

As PP have said, drink more (include electrolytes) and more protein and it’s good for preventing OHSS. Be prepared for a freeze all cycle as it’s unlikely they’ll take the risk of a fresh transfer with such high AMH.
