Advice on the private description of Gonal F 175 IU.

Hi lovely ladies, I'm getting ready for next round of fresh IVF. This time I was prescribed with Gonal F 175 IU for 10 days. Indeed it is very expensive from STORK (pharmacy), does anyone know where I could get it cheaper in the UK. I've tried my local Asda Pharmacy, and they've confirmed Gonal F is not available either. So I'm hoping this wonderful network could help. Many thanks.

Did your clinic send the prescription direct to them? They seem to have quite a complex process in their FAQs online that mean the clinic doctor has to be validated to do electronic prescription on their system. Is this true or could you just send them your private prescription??

Yeah my clinic is in Athens so my clinic just sends them the prescription and then they contact me with a quote.

Postage is expensive it’s £70. Zen will accept the prescription from me.. their medication is more ££ but the postage is just standard royal mail prices so sometimes it works out cheaper xx

my clinic used to use fertility 2u but now change to Stork. I will have a look around. Thanks for the advice.

Try the fertility medication centre they’ve saved me loads on stim meds. Though I’m prescribed 450iu so cost savings probably bigger for me xx

I’ve had Gonal F and Ovaleap from them. They’re super quick and saved me about £500+ vs clinic prices. I was nervous to use them but they are legit 😂Xx
