Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here! So yesterday I had my 2nd embryo transfer. (First frozen embryo transfer). Our first IVF round was July last year but unfortunately during our 2 week wait my dad had a severe stroke and sadly passed away a week after our 2 week wait. (Negative BFP not that I cared by test day with everything else) Needless to say whilst I am glad to be back “in the system” so to speak there are definite mixed feelings during this 2 week wait. My last 2 week wait took a turn so the universe made me focus elsewhere so any advice on what helped people through it would be much appreciated. 😊

Firstly, I’m so sorry to hear about your Dad, Ive lost my mum, it’s such a sad time 😔 and everyone’s grief is different! It’s totally understandable you have mixed feelings during this time, sending lots of love & wishing you all the best and sending baby dust! Try to schedule some things you enjoy during these 2 weeks. Sending lots of love ❤️ I’m in my 2ww now too from first DE 🤞🏼🤞🏼 for us both! Lots of love Xxx

I'm so sorry about what you have gone through, the tww is tough enough without the memories yours will be bound to bring up. Do stuff that makes you happy and feel relaxed as much a possible. If you can hold out testing until your official test day I would recommend that although I know some people are serial testers. Try keep yourself busy and it really helped me to talk to others who were also on the tww from this group!!

Enjoy being pregnant and I wish you all the luck 💕
