Travel insurance for IVF abroad

HelloJust after some advice or recommendations. We are travelling to North Cyprus for IVF using donor eggs. I'm looking at travel insurance and have only found 1 company that seems to offer cover for IVF but that doesn't include pre-existing conditions. Would that cover non IVF related illness ( not pre existing)?

My usual company state they won't cover if we are travelling for medical treatment. Does that mean no cover at all or just IVF related issues aren't covered?

I don't know whether to get both and then if needed claim on the appropriate one or if that is just a waste of money.

Also does my hubby have to declare it on his travel insurance? He's not having any treatment, just producing a sample so I don't think that counts but you never know with insurance companies.

If anyone has any experience in this I would welcome your advice
