Sorry for the negative post! Sending everyone all the luck in their journeys and I know each and every one of us is doing our best❣️
Trying to be positive but feel everything has been against us for our first transfer 😪
Started with 6 donor eggs, only 2 survived thawing, only 1 successfully fertilised
Grading was very low 2CC
Everything you read is not positive for this grading and I just feel so hopeless.
Any success for this grading would be appreciated! I know it’s likely very rare given the success rate being ever so low but I’d reach out and see anyway 😔

Congrats on being PUPO! I know it's so hard not to get hung up on the grading. I try to look at it this way - they wouldn't bother transferring an embryo that doesn't have a chance.
You also see a lot of stories about low grade embryos sticking when higher graded ones haven't; mosaic embryos sticking when euploid ones haven't etc.
There isn't always any rhyme or reason to it so hang in there. As long as it's tucked up tight inside you, it has every chance.
Some clinics do not grade before transfer The fact that they felt it was suitable for transfer is a positive sign - as the 1st post says Perfectly natural to be stressed at this time - continue with healthy diet - drink plenty of fluids - take any meds you were given as directed Try to keep yourself busy - reread your favourite book - give yourself a little treat every couple of days - buy a magazine - couple of squares of your favourite chocolate
Sending positive thoughts your way that your little embryo stays with you and continues to grow. I had a transfer yesterday which too my shock thawed to a lower CB embryo with no explanation given other than "this happen sometimes." . It's hard not to think the worst but doing my best to take care of myself and keep my mind busy on other things so I worry less. Hoping we both get to have healthy uneventful pregnancies.
Hey, so sorry to hear about your results, on my first cycle I only had a 2bc embryo to transfer (not the same as 2cc I know, but still graded poorly) and it stuck, and i had a healthy little boy.
