hello! How exciting for you. On my successful cycles - I had pineapple juice or pineapple every day plus avocado for 5 days then had it alternative days until test days. I also did loads of protein (I am a vegetarian) and drank 2l of water. Have loads of berries/nuts daily. Not sure if any of it worked.

I did have a few days off so slept, walked the dog and watched lots of telly. Do not google - and note symptoms mean nothing. The onky symptom I had was after 12 weeks and it was indigestion. Right up until my baby was born. So do yourself a favour and not second guess. The only way to know you have a BFP is to test and that should only be done on your test day. Don’t forget to take your meds!

Best of luck!
