How do you guys manage intense emotional changes, like feeling overly sensitive or tearful, caused by hormonal pills, especially when dealing with temporary situations like missing my husband,He is just out of town for some days and I miss him(Not that we are extremely attached couple). Just that I’ve become overly sensitive for everything. It’s scary and very difficult deal with.

The hormones really mess with us don't they! I had a similar situation while on meds my husband went away with work for 2 nights. As soon as I got in from work I felt very emotional and overly missed him. I took the dog for a walk then got into my comfy pjs treated myself to a take away put a film on he wouldn't enjoy and just let myself cry, the dog also sat on sofa with me which weirdly made me cry more. Sending hugs 🫂
I downloaded the calm app to help with regulating my thoughts and feelings of feeling overwhelmed. It helped x
No help to suggest sorry, just to say I was the same, cried at work a few times for so little reason, luckily management know about the IVF but still really embarrassing 😅
