I have had two failed IVF transfers with PGT-A in March and June and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks last month. I am 39 and I feel like I am running out of time. I am desperate to have children but at the same time I am scared it might not happen due to a few complications. 1. Adenomyosis. 2. APS. 3. ovarian cyst. 4. fibroids and 5. low AMH (1.1 in July)
Has anyone had any of the problems and if so, what was the management plan?
Many thanks.

Make sure you have a clinic which specialises in endometriosis and low ovarian reserve - it’ll ensure they have the latest knowledge / research to apply to your personal circumstances. There is lots they can apply including down regulation and blood thinners etc 🩷✨
I have APS, I’m 44 and currently 24 weeks pregnant. I also have had 3 surgeries for reoccurring fibroids so feel your pain they are nasty horrible things which I wish no one had to suffer. After my APS diagnosis at the beginning of this year, I was put on a different protocol for my 5th cycle (6th transfer) and it seemed to make the difference. I still have a long way to go so I take nothing for granted but I have hope for this little miracle. All of my history is in my bio, and I have attached a copy of the protocol. I was on the Hydroxy for 8 weeks before the egg collection. I know it’s so so hard when you have several ‘conditions’ to deal with on top of ivf, the fibroids alone led me to literally break down, you aren’t alone, but I hope if you want to you can keep going, it’s tough but follow your heart and take it a day at a time. ❤️❤️❤️
