DHA for egg quality

Hi everyone, I have been taking 500DHA and 250EPA twice a day for two months now without a doctor prescription. However some one told me that is too much. So my question is, how much DHA is good for egg quality?

I was advised by my clinic 25mg x 3 a day which is 75mg a day for three months. You have to check your base testosterone and DHEA in blood.

its Normally 3 x25mg daily but it will depend on your blood work. My levels were just below normal range so I only 25 mg daily. 🧡

Hi - advice from Heidi Brockmyre (pregnancy expert) suggests 700-1000mg a day (to include DHA): heidibrockmyre.com/suppleme.... Where did you hear you were taking too much?
