Finally under 30bmi

Hey all.So a year ago I started my ivf journey.

My start bmi was 35.8.

I have struggled for the last year to loose it amd emotionally struggled.

Last Monday (5th) was my last chance weigh in

I had it in my head I didn't do it

I was 29.6 I cried and hugged the nurse. So last week I had more bloods and all my appts and got sent meds it's been abit mental. All I was concerned about was weight and I have no time to think about the actual ivf and it's happened so fast.

Well done 👏 It’s such a lot of pressure but you got there, and should be proud of that. You can now move on to focusing on the treatment. My tips are to take it a step at a time, ask questions when you need too and be kind to yourself 🩷 xx
