Negative test, no period

my cycles usually last 33-34 days and now I’m on the 38th day of my cycle.. I took three pregnancy tests yesterday to be sure and they were all negative. I’ve been getting period cramps but no blood at all. Kinda freaking out rn. I don’t take medication and my period has always been fairly consistent. I am 22 btw. Only one other time where it came a few days later than usual due to stress but I haven’t been stressing until now because of this 😂. Any advice or ideas?

As you say stress can cause your cycle to be different Sometimes if you track your periods you would find some can be slightly longer or even shorter

i have read yesterday that blood tests are more reliable than urine tests , maybe worth trying a blood test if nothing happens, but consult GP x
