Hi all, it’s me again. I’m 9dp5dt (fresh double embryo) OTD tomorrow but tested a day early. This would be my 7th transfer, I’m worried my line may not be dark enough. Is the line dark enough or has anyone had anything similar… I had a biochemical on my last transfer, but line was slightly lighter on test day.
I also tested the HCG trigger shot out which was pretty much gone before transfer. And I had no symptoms at all again.
Guess I’m looking for some hope here.. really feeling exhausted now …I’ve had 5 back to back BFN and 1 biochemical and now this..

Difficult to compare line strength alone as you're looking for it to get darker and even then it's not easy and can be affected by so many things. But the top one looks like the sort my GP uses and I hadn't used these before and when they tested my line was very faint compared to what I was used to and it really worried me. But it turns out those tests aren't that sensitive and my HCG was good. I also bought about 5 other brands of test 🙃 and they were all much darker. So just based on your line being darker than mine was, I'd say it's good. But you probably need to retest in a day or two or get hcgs done.
Yes will be retesting tomorrow and just purchased 3 different brands (although I said to myself I wouldn’t - but it’s a different matter when you get that line I guess) x
my lines were a similar strength if not slightly lighter at 9DP5DT & I am currently 36 wks pregnant x they should continue to get stronger, I found mine were stronger in the evenings ! Attached a pic for you to see x

I was obsessed with line strength at the beginning but as long as you see them getting darker all should be well 🤞🏼 x I even had the hook effect on mine where they got lighter at around 9/10 wks (Then when you dilute the urine with water - The line is stronger) something to do with the type of HCG taking over at that point x I really hope things progress well for you 🙏🏼 x
Mine were similar and only got darker on day 12-13. I became really stressed about the line progression but it didn’t mean anything and I wish I had saved myself the worry. As you say, try and leave a couple of days between testing. Your lines look good to me, good luck xx 🍀🍀

hopefully gets darker in the next few days. I guess there will always be this constant worry each milestone you pass x
