I have a wonderful acupuncture practitioner in Crystal Palace, who practises 5 elements technique-she’s been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive and I’m sure my stress levels & inflammation levels are managed much better with her help. But she’s moving to Scotland soon 🥲
I’m looking for any recommendations for 5 elements style practitioners if anyone knows someone epic with fertility specific knowledge…in central or SE London. Please message/DM me if you do, you knowledgeable lot!

yes! I know who it is you see and SUCH a shame she’s moving away but Hannah Pearn’s team are INCREDIBLE and so so knowledgable . They have clinics in Streatham common and Balham . One of the practitioners Anga also works at Oru Space in Dulwich x
thank you PN85 - oo Dulwich would be great thank you - I have been spoilt with being able to walk to and from my current practioner - also Dulwich is near our clinic so bonus points. Thank you!
I'm zero expert, at all! but when I have had traditional acupuncture, the practitoner has inserted needles at the key pressure points based on our consultation and discussion, and then left me to relax - which I struggle with! With 5 elements it is still a traditional style - and maybe just how the lady I see does it, but it feels more dynamic as the practitioner looks to balance the 5 elements in the session (wood, fire, earth and water), and their connection to the organs and then try to balance the energy channel for each organ - for me, I think it's helped as looked at the issues I have had with my nervous system from lack of quality sleep, and inflammation from IBS as we know inflammation can be a barrier for implantation. I haven't had traditional as much but I've liked the 5 elements style as it feels more dynamic, moving around the body, assessing, seeing what balances my pulses either side as they go. With traditional I have felt woozy afterwards, with the 5 element style I have felt "re-set" or more balanced?
