hi lovely , I just wanted to wish you all the best of luck ! Try not to focus too much on the symptoms as most of those are caused by the progesterone, also a lot of women don’t get any ! I also had my fresh transfer this Wednesday with our only embryo (4th try) , I’m trying to remain positive and take one day at a time! Try to keep yourself busy and do nice things that you enjoy to keep yourself positive x
Thank you, I’m trying to keep busy and not think about it but it’s hard cause of all the medications and injections, I just hope this time I’m lucky and the little one sticks.

I had my transfer on Monday and it’s embryo number 3 for me also I’m with you on the debilitating fear and anxiety. I stayed in bed Monday and Tuesday and have been out and about since and Iv found walking helps me immensely. Giving myself positive morning affirmations which feels odd and funny haha but does wonders. Hope this journey goes amazing for you x
Yeah walking definitely helps, I went to a concert yesterday with my husband which I nearly didn’t go it was nice but I’m worried now cause I was standing a lot and got abit tired now feeling more anxious it will have a negative affect 😣

I am in the middle of the 2WW-had my transfer Monday. No symptoms and also trying not to get my hopes up. Keeping everything crossed 🤞🏼 xxx
hey, I had my 3rd transfer Thursday too. Barely any symptoms but reminding myself that the symptoms aren’t always reliable anyway as my last transfer failed and I had all the common symptoms which completely mis-lead me to believe it had worked when it hadn’t. I always find 1st few days after transfer I’m really positive and then I suddenly slip into a negative state of mind after. Went for a weekend away this weekend with my 4 year old and partner and I’m now stressing because iv not eaten the best healthy meals 🙄. I hope you’re ok and managing to stay busy! Its so hard not too worry and not feel it hasn’t worked but we all got this and I hope all of us get the positive results xxx 🤞🏽
Hey Slm123- wishing you all the luck! I had my first transfer (frozen) on Friday, I also found that I was really positive to begin with and already I am starting to feel like it hasn't worked. I've had no symptoms, I've had a cold and not slept well, so I'm worrying it's affected the transfer - a bit like you worrying about your diet might! I'm sure there's not much we can do that would intervene with the natural process so I hope you're not worrying too much. We are also away for a few days and it's definitely helping. Hope all goes well for you and you get that positive! X

I’m really trying so hard this time not fixate on the symptoms or lack of as iv been tricked into thinking it has worked previously with all the common signs and symptoms but it failed. The time before that I had no symptoms and it failed too so you just really don’t know until your OTD 😞. I hope you’re looking after yourself and getting lots of rest whilst you’re away. I think it’s quite common at transfer stage to feel run down after all the stress but try not to worry, I don’t think having a cold willl make any difference, as you said, there’s Not much we can do and just need to carry on as normal as possible. Iv had a really busy week work wise so time is actually going fast for me but my OTD isn’t until Thursday so just under another week to go (feel like this will drag) In terms of symptoms my boobs are quite tender and iv had the odd headache and my patience is very thin but apart from that I feel pretty normal in myself. Trying to stay distracted as best as I can. I’m terrified about testing again. I just don’t think il cope very well if it’s negative and I’m frightened about that! Is your OTD on Monday? If so, you don’t have long to wait now. I hope you have some nice plans on the weekend and time goes quickly for you xx
it’s so difficult and this time I’m getting so many side effects my mood is awful I literally want to kill someone lol feel sick all the time and awful headaches. OTD is Monday 8th July 😣😫
Hi KHRAM im in my 2WW too and we have the same OTD! Although I've had many 2WW that have never ended in a positive after many years, this is the first embryo transfer for me. We have booked this week off work and are stopping in a remote Airbnb (plus the dog) to try and give us something positive to do, but it's so hard. I've got a cold and barely slept last night which I'm worrying about affecting things and haven't had any symptoms (yet).How are you doing today? I hope you're feeling a bit better, sounds like you're really going through it, wishing all positive things for you and hope this is your time 🤞
Well done for booking the trip it will definitely help to keep your mind off things and being in nature it really helps.
I’m not doing great today made a mistake and tested this afternoon not even in the morning and now I have lost hope obviously test being negative! But not gone test anymore until Monday and I’m trying to forget about it whatever will be will be just can’t go through the emotions again. I’m so tired 😔
KHRAM I'm so sorry to hear you're not doing great, I can imagine that would make you feel rubbish from what I've read on message boards most people are negative at this stage, the embryo needs time to start making HCG after implanting which I think is normally a few more days along! So that's a good idea not to think about it any more
You poor thing are you off work or still working? I hope you're managing to relax and heal. It's such a tough thing to go through.

Hi KHRAM im so sorry to hear you’re not doing very good. It’s really such an emotional rollercoaster isn’t it 😞.
It’s so hard not to test so don’t beat yourself up.. there’s definitely still hope as it’s still very early and chances are the HGC levels are too low to detect at this stage. Try & move on now and fingers crossed for your OTD 🤞🏻.
Take some time to relax and do things you enjoy doing to try and distract the mind. Iv been going for walks every evening which has really helped and I’m trying to get to bed early so my mind isn’t on over drive!!
