yesterday I had two Grade C frozen embryos transferred. I was wondered if anyone had any success stories with this grading?

Thanks

Yes with a PGTA testing 5BC which would probably be classed as grade C at your clinic. He is having a nap on my lap right now. It can definitely work, if the embryos were good enough to freeze, they are good enough to transfer. I had a 4AA which didn't take. The grading is subjective and a beauty contest. Try to not get hung up on it, I'm sure you will hear if many grade C embryos which worked! Fingers crossed for you

As 1st post says if embryos are good enough to freeze they are good enough to transfer Take care of yourself during 2WW Eat a healthy diet -drink plenty of fluids and take any medication you were given as directed

Good luck for the future

I honestly think grading is nothing more than a beauty contest and dosent tell weather its more likely to implant or not. AA grades can fail and in my experience my low CC can result in a pregnancy. If it can make it to blast stage then it has potential

The lowest grade embryo we transferred resulted in my 2 year old and I am currently on my 2WW of a grade C embryo, our last one! None of our perfect AA embryos worked (or even AB). Sending you strength! It is so hard... this 2WW is torture... xx

My transfer was on Wednesday. Test day is the 9th July. I am lucky enough to have a two year old son from my last cycle. So hoping to get a sibling for him. This cycle is my last shot. 🙏 x

This is also our last embryo and last shot... I am 40 too and have severe endo, so this will be the end of our journey... Good luck with the 2WW and I hope your little one is getting cozy where s/he belongs 🙏🙏 xx

I have seen that you are pregnant! Congratulations! Our C grade embryo (and very last one!) also stuck. It is very early days and given my history of miscarriages I am super cautious. Good luck! xx

Aww Yayy. Thank you and congratulations hun. I have tested positive but I’ve lost all of my pregnancy symptoms so I’ll hoping things are going well. Have u had a scan yet? X

I'm 39, and I've just had a BFP with what my clinic called a grade C+ Best of luck, and fingers crossed for the both of us! (And in case it helps anyone else, my last round was a total fertilisation failure even with ICSI and donor sperm, whereas this round 4 out of 6 mature eggs fertilised, so things can definitively be different from one round to the next!)

aww congrats! I hope you’re doing well. True it’s so hard the 2WW. I did a test today (4 days after transfer) but it’s negative. I’ve used an egg donor. X
