For years I have blamed myself for our fertility struggles - low ovarian reserve, grade 3/4 endo and possible adenomyosis. Three failed rounds of IVF last year. Today, following extensive testing in Madrid, we found out my husband has an issue that was discovered in his Karyotype tests. Mine were normal. The clinic have said we now only have a tiny chance - I’m hoping someone has a success story after that will help us see the light as right now I don’t know what to do and it feels like we will never be parents.
